The 24-year-old added the saucy picture to her Twitter page as she posted a series of images alongside the hashtag #babyriri.
The snap comes from a red carpet appearance at the Billboard Music Awards back in 2006 when she was just 19 - and future boyfriend Chris Brown was named Artist Of The Year at the ceremony.

The Bajan beauty also posted snaps from several photoshoots and a recording studio session, as well as a cheeky image of her guzzling a drink from two coconuts.
The move came after British pop star Jessie J hit out at stars like Rihanna for constantly uploading x-rated pictures of themselves online.
She wrote: "I'm bored... Maybe I should get naked and smoke and take pictures of myself and post them on instagram? Or NOT... *rolls eyes*."
And while it sounds like the message is targeted at the Diamonds singer, Jessie was quick to deny that she was singling out any one individual.

She added: "Hahaha my TL is hilarious. My last tweet about instagram sadly wasn't an indirect at anyone inparticular.
"There is definitely more than 1 person posting those kind of pictures. Hence my tweet."
"I'm going to be honest. My tweet about instagram was NOT aimed at anyone in particular.
"But I will openly say the amount of pictures including men and woman nude and girls and guys promoting smoking drugs on the internet these days is a lot.
"Feels like the boundries are disappearing. Its become fashionable and in my opinion its too much. Call me what you want but that's MY opinion and I'm entitled to one."
