The Xtra Factor host will front E!’s red carpet coverage of the Baftas alongside Dermot O’Leary.
It will be beamed into millions of homes Stateside.
Caroline told TV Biz she hoped it would open doors for her across the pond.
She said: “I can’t hide my excitement about hosting the Bafta coverage for E! with Dermot.
“It’s the first show I have presented which will screen in the USA, as well as Australia and across Europe. It’s all a bit nerve-racking but to be asked to front a show that is so popular in America is amazing.
“I love working in the UK and would never want to be away for too long. I have the dream job! But to work in the US as well as the UK would be great.”
Meanwhile, Caroline went out boozing with X Factor winner James Arthur on Thursday night, reigniting romance rumours. But Caroline firmly denied anything was happening between them, insisiting they are just good pals.
E!’s Bafta coverage airs here on February 10 from 5pm.
